1. Introduction Welcome to Knockout Pools! We specialize in cleaning, maintenance, and repair services for pools and spas. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Knockout Pools provides the following services:

Cleaning: Regular cleaning and upkeep of pools and spas.
Maintenance: Ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal operation and safety of pools and spas.
Repair: Diagnosis and repair of issues related to pools and spas.

3. Service Agreement

Services will be scheduled at a time convenient to both parties.
Each service will be completed to the best of our abilities and in accordance with industry standards.
Specific details of the services, including scope and fees, will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement to be approved by the client.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be detailed in the Service Agreement.
Payments are due upon receipt of invoice, post-service completion.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a service appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If a cancellation or rescheduling request is received less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, a cancellation fee may apply.

6. Client Obligations

Ensure access to the pool or spa area during scheduled service times.
Inform us of any specific concerns or requirements related to the pool or spa prior to service commencement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Knockout Pools will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services.
Liability for damages directly associated with our services will be limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Warranty

Knockout Pools warrants that services will be provided in a professional manner and in line with industry standards.
This warranty does not cover issues caused by normal wear and tear or external factors beyond our control.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to our services will first be attempted to be resolved informally.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, arbitration will be pursued as a final resolution.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
